"I have had some trouble finding the right gloves. The first set I got suffered from some manufacturer defects and started falling apart on me; no fault of Cycle Gear. They accepted the return, no problem, and let me pick a new set out. I grabbed a set, and because I'm dumb, that set ended up being a little too large after a break in. "I visited CG Schaumburg last week to purchase a motorcycle helmet. We were looking for a particular style, color and with bluetooth. The employee who assisted us was very helpful, but we could not find the helmet with the winning combination at the store, nor at the two closest stores when the employee checked. We ended up leaving to search more online and elsewhere. I ended up calling a CG in the next state over, where the employee shared that they could find the helmet we wanted from any CG in the country and have it shipped in to our CG. Great! I'm just disappointed the employee helping us in Schaumburg didn't suggest the same idea when we were together."
